Kingkeo KAOJERPAO is a lecturer at the Faculty of Social Sciences, National University of Laos, Department of Social work and Development, and also she work for Post Graduate Division of The Faculty, being Head of Educational Administration Unit.

➢ 01/09/2013: Head of Unit Educational Administration for Post graduate Program and involve in Post graduate Coordination Team, take responsibilities to coordinate and manage all master and PhD programs in the faculty in order to create the schedule for all master programs, contact professor to the class, evaluating and monitoring the programs and provide defending to all students.
➢ 01/01/2012-30/03/2013: ASEAN Program Manager, GENDER AND DEVELOMENT ASSOCIATION, Head of Strengthening Participation of Women in the Advocacy for Promotion and Protection of Women Human Rights Program, I take all responsibilities beside this program, making activity plan, budget plan, evaluation and writing report. This program was built to support all Civil Society Organizations who are working on Development field and being the member of the Gender and Development Association to participate ASEAN People Forum in every year.
